On June 11, 2022, he woke up at 4 am to drive nearly four hours from Holiday, FL, to Jupiter Beach – a place close to Michelle’s heart. He surprised her during what she thought was a casual beach walk with her best friends, Alexis and Kelli. Dressed in yoga pants, ponytail, sneakers, and sans makeup, Michelle found Stefano instead, standing on the beach, arms waving in the air. The sight of him going down on one knee amidst the tranquility of the water brought a whirlwind of emotions, but she found the words to say YES!
