An Emerald Estate Wedding Inspiration | Adams Estate Wedding Venue |
Lake-Alfred, Florida
A beautiful Emerald and Gold wedding inspiration shoot officially featured on Hey Wedding Lady, photographed by Casie Marie Photography at the Adams Estate wedding venue in Lake Alfred, Florida this past Fall.
What seems like ages ago now, I dreamed up something that I really wanted to share with the wedding community, and I knew that I needed to make it come to life. This wedding inspiration shoot at the Adams Estate in Lake Alfred, Florida was the culmination of things that I had truly dreamed of photographing in my career. I have wanted, for so long, to create a really cohesive brand for myself, for my photography, and for my business. I had wanted to incorporate rust, deep greens, gorgeous blossoms, and even my dog (Rusty). To be honest, I also really wanted to incorporate some boudoir images into my feeds as well.
That is how this Adams Estate wedding inspiration shoot came to life. The vendors that made this mood board come to life, quite literally made my dreams come true. I am so thankful for the ability to work with some of the most amazing people in the Orlando area, and love the culmination of what we made happen.
When we brought this vision to life, we knew that we wanted to share deep hues with light ones. Pairing the deep emerald greens, shiny gold, and girly pinks all together really made for a vision that was truly breathtaking. As a photographer, I rarely get to see someone pair new colors together, and this was a grouping that not many people were sharing at the time. Remember, when planning your wedding you can get creative! Put colors together that you wouldn’t normally see, and take the time to create something that you truly love.
To be honest, this double diamond arch by Ocean Hawks Rentals was quite literally the entire inspiration behind this shoot. When I sent the mood board to Stephanie, she JUMPED on this arch and they built it specifically for this shoot. Since then I have actually even photographed it at one of my own beautiful brides weddings! It is something that was only seen in the midwest at the time, and I really wanted us to have something new and exciting here in Orlando!
Instead of a long cascading veil, why not wear a beautiful lace bridal cape for your reception?
Margaret, from Do Tell Stationery and Designs, hit this one out of the park. She created our invitation suite, menu cards, personalized place card names, and even the double monogram that hung from the archway for our cocktail hour seating vignette. She created a beautiful monogram that was used throughout her products to create a very cohesive brand for this wedding, which is something she makes happen for each and every one of her own clients!
