Andrea and Mitchell celebrated their wedding day at the stunning Casa Feliz Historic Home & Venue this May 11th, 2019. Their day was full of love, laughter, and remembrance of family. I am so thankful to have clients who truly have a beautiful vision for their day, and just want to party all night long!
Their Story:
How did they meet? – Andrea and Mitchell met through work! They knew each other for a few months before they started dating, because they had mutual friends at work, but one day they both happened to be walking from the office to Union Station and started chatting. They got on the same metro and when she (Andrea) got off he sent her a message to hang out the next day and they haven’t stopped talking since.
Where did he propose? – At Trump International Hotel, which is the bar they randomly ended up on the night of their first date!
Describe your wedding style – Simple but elegant. Bridesmaids are in taupe, groomsmen in navy, with white flowers and lots of greenery!
Are there any unique details for your wedding? – Andra always wears her grandmothers ring, and she passed away last year. Her wedding band has 11 diamonds (getting married on May 11th!). They picked our invitations because they are titled “Positano” and that’s where they’re going on their honeymoon! The song that she am walked down the aisle to is the same song Mitch’s grandma sang at his sister’s wedding. Unfortunately she was not able to make it due to Alzheimer’s.
